From what i have read elsewhere murphy s oil soap can be used on tpo roofs don t quote me though do your own research if you own a tpo roof. You will need about 16 to 20 ounces to cover the entire area. Works to limit uv damage and helps keeps the rubber pliable. Continue this process until you coat the whole roof.
